We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on website does not include taxes and duties.
RUDY I EYE brand is based in UAE, it means that for some countries it is obligatorily to pay taxes and duties.
If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), price you pay to RUDY I EYE will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
Please, keep in mind the compulsory taxes on the customs.
In case when your order has been delivered and you deny to pay the taxes according to the legislation of your country, we are obliged to withhold the return charges from the amount paid to the RUDY I EYE.
Shipping to USA
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the RUDY I EYE brand for a refund.

Products purchased at full price are eligible for Return & Exchange for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.
Exchange. If you would like a different size or model, please use our return service for the incorrect items and place an online request for the exchange of the order for the right one.
Non-Refundable. Goods purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund.
Costs of Return. In case of return of Goods of improper quality, the redelivery by courier indicated by the Seller will be at the Seller’s expense. In all other cases the redelivery will be on the Customer's expense.
Refusal to Receive. When the Customer denies to pay the taxes according to the legislation of his country for delivered Order, the Seller is obliged to redeliver the Goods and deduct the return charges from the sum paid for the Order.
Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including RUDY I EYE hanging tags. Other designer packaging such as leather tags should all be included where provided.
You may fill in the specific online return form in your personal account. We will confirm that the Return Form has been properly received by sending an email message to the address notified by you.
Dispatch Process. In the event of withdrawal, Customer shall dispatch the Goods back to the Seller or its Service Provider to the address expressly referred to in the Return Form within 7 days after the Seller’s confirmation by one of the following ways:
- by the courier indicated by the Seller in the Return Form
- by the courier chosen by the Customer at the Customer’s expense only.
- redelivery approved by the Seller at the Customer’s expense only.
- The right of withdrawal may be exercised only with respect to the entire purchased Goods, partial withdrawals (accessories, complements, etc.) are not permitted;
- The transit of the Goods, until the Customer receives confirmation that the product has been properly returned and delivered to the Seller, shall be at the Customer's exclusive responsibility for the cases indicated under the paragraph 6b or c. Therefore, if the Goods have been damaged during transit, the Seller, shall inform Customer thereof in order to enable the latter to promptly send the relevant complaint to the courier and claim a refund; the Goods will be made available to Customer and the withdrawal notice will be cancelled;
- The Seller, accepts no responsibility for Goods damaged, stolen or lost while in transit, or, in any case, in relation to their shipping, whenever the shipping back to the Seller, is processed according to one of the modalities indicated under the paragraph 6b or c.
- Verification. Once the Goods are received, the Seller will check them in order to verify that they are consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in this clause and, should the results of such verification be negative, it shall inform Customer by email that the value of the returned Goods is reduced due to Customer’s failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above. By the same mail, the Seller shall also notify the amount that it will deduct from the amount to be refunded, unless Customer elects to have, at its own expense, the Goods sent back to him/her in the same conditions in which they were returned to the Seller.
- Refund. The Seller shall refund to the Customer the verified amount after deduction within 10 days from the date until the returned Goods are properly received and verified by the Seller.
- Loss the right of withdrawal. In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited (for example when the Goods sent through a courier chosen by the Customer are returned damaged), the Seller shall send back to Customer the purchased Goods, charging the latter with the relevant shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the Goods.
- LEGAL WARRANTY FOR LACK OF CONFORMITY. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check the Goods in order to ascertain that it conforms with the Goods ordered and that it does not show any defects. The Customer shall immediately inform the Seller of the existence of any such lack of conformity when the Customer detected the lack of conformity. Any action by the Customer for lack of conformity shall be brought within a period of 2 month from the day the Goods are delivered.
